Appointment Procedures:

  • Patients will be asked if they are ill or have COVID-19 symptoms when booking appointments, and likely, when you arrive at the office.  If you have any symptoms please re-schedule. 

  • Patients will be asked to make appointments over the phone or via email.  

  • When you schedule your appointment, you will be asked to bring your own mask, please wear your mask to your appointment.

  • Optometrists, therapists and staff that you interact with will be wearing personal protective equipment, that covers their mouth, nose and eyes.

  • A hand sanitizing station will be available at the office entrance, you will be required to sanitize your hands when you enter the office.

  • If you are scheduled for a binocular vision assessment, please print and fill out the history form on our website and bring it to your appointment. 

  • We will continue to offer online vision therapy sessions and for those patients we will be delivering home kits.  

  • Only the person who has an appointment should enter the office.  Children or patients requiring assistance may have one person accompany them.
